The shower had hair in it from someone else... not the most desirable thing to happen. The conditioner was empty, and we had to change the toilet paper roll. We only stayed one night, I have never had to change the toilet paper when only staying one night. It would be nice if the larger bed pillows were an option

Unattended Children Racing the Hallways until Bedtime, Out-Of-Order Ice Machine (found another) and Housekeeping quizzing me on Vacating Room when I was in the Shower, all pretty minor occurrences. New Property with a “bounce” to the floor. Attended Conference otherwise wouldn’t have paid the the high price. No Waffles at Breakfast (😢).

My wife reserved our suite a month in advance. Showed up to the hotel just to find out they gave our room away. So they gave us another standard room. Nothing worked in the room. Terrible experience!

Didnt like that we werent infirmed we would be staying in a different building. This was a upgrade supossibly, but there was no vending in our building, ice. Also thought I booked a hot tub in our room but they said I didnt. That I got a room with a massage chair. Just not What I expected. Last hotel I booked in the same area was much nicer and had a hot tub and extra room and was quite a bit cheaper. Was only about a month ago.

Efficient check in Towels are small and thin but bright white and clean Low water pressure in shower but spotless bathroom Comfortable bed, jacuzzi in room worked great with enough hot water to really fill it up.
