This property was comfortable. It was cleaned only once during our 8 day stay. We had to take our towels down to the front desk and exchange them. We were in 302 and the elevator closest to our room did not work. The breakfast was very good except on Saturday when they provided no meat. The staff is excellent and responsive. I would stay here again.

The exterior looks good, but the interior is dated and many areas need updating. Main elevator was out of order, as was our closest ice maker and the washing machine. The mattress was well worn, but we did have plenty of pillows!The sink was partially plugged and drained slowly. Breakfast was the normal variety. We had no trouble getting extra towels from the desk. Its not a bad place to stay and it is kid/pet friendly.

My room was pictured with a fireplace. No fireplace. Jacuzzi tub was broken in my room. My neighbors small dogs were barking at any sound. Not a great stay.

The only disappointment was being in a separate building from our family. We were spending Christmas together so was a bit inconvenient. But we will stay again and figure out away to be much closer.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Some areas showing some wear but nothing that was a problem. Room very comfortable. We had to stay an extra night because of an ice storm. Staff arranged for us to stay in same room so we didn't have to move to another room for that night. Breakfast was good but chafing dishes didnt kerp things warm.

We stayed at on our wedding night at a suite. Room was a little dated the couch was pretty stained. The remote for the Tv was missing and we found way under the bed with the batteries out and no back cover but it worked. We told staff when we checked out. But we had a relaxing wedding night in the jacuzzi tub.

Overall cute room, and friendly service
The service desk was very friendly and helpful. I had to call to get a refill on the bathroom soap as it was out, but there was an issue with the second TV (bedroom) and the hot tub had some dirt/cloudy stuff that was in the water when trying to use it so didn’t take advantage of that during my stay. Other than that, the room was very nice and clean, just wish I would have gotten to comfortably use the hot tub to relax in the room.

Property was clean but dated. Room only had 2 electric outlets with only 1 place to plug in a devise. We both use cpap machines and no place to plug in. We had to unplug the bed lamp and alarm clock to use our machines.
