Great area and great service.

It is very well located in the Poblado area, accessible and close to many good tourist areas. The people are so friendly and very serviceable, excellent customer service orientation. In general the hotel physical plant is in good shape but need some renovation on the bathrooms of the junior suite room, need to replace the toilet as it is extremely low for elderly people, also the sink was completely loose. The Tv need better instruction on how to use it, was quite complicated. Bathroom on the lobby are so small that is almost impossible to use them.

Beautiful hotel, excellent location. Just be mindful that rooms can be really small. But I highly recommend it! You have restaurants, bars and cool shopping around.

The best hotel I stayed in Medellin. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Walkable to the soccer stadium and some many restaurants and bars. The staff have excellent service, including the driver Jorge and the terrace bartender Hamilton. You also got up-front taxi service 24 hours a day. Definitely, I will stay again in this hotel. Very highly recommended.
