Front desk was ok while check-in. Restaurant for dining and breakfast was amazing. Abhishek & Aman were 2 outstanding incharge at the restaurants on first floor that went out of their way providing excellent service. House-keeping was amazing. Great team. Keep it up

I recently had the pleasure of staying at an amazing hotel in Goa, and I can’t say enough about my experience. From the moment we arrived, the phenomenal staff made us feel welcome and at ease, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. After a challenging journey from London fraught with visa issues, my anxiety vanished the moment we stepped into the resort. The warm smiles and genuine care of the staff were truly comforting. The hotel grounds were absolutely immaculate, providing a serene backdrop for relaxation. Every corner of the property reflected a commitment to excellence and attention to detail.

The most amazing hotel, staff go above and beyond for you. Perfectly clean. Breakfast is amazing with a wide choice of options. Beach is beautiful, food at grill on the beach was excellent. Like nothing we've ever experienced before, and would definitely recommend this hotel! Thank you for having us x

It was amazing staying at Fairfield. Staff was very courteous & helpful, they also guided us for the things to do in Goa. Food was very nice, breakfast had number of variety & everything with good taste.

Our stay at the Taj was nothing short of extraordinary. It was like a luxurious escape, with breathtaking in-room views of the beach and the vast ocean. The suite was spacious, well maintained, and offered a perfect blend of comfort and elegance. Strolling along their private beach was a highlight, adding a sense of tranquility to our getaway. The dining experience, both in their restaurants and in-room service was exceptional, making our overall stay a memorable one.

Taj Exotica in South Goa is a beautiful and quiet property. Clinston a staff in the restaurant ,front Manager and the gentleman working in the travel desk were also kind and bent backwards to help us. The staff were welcoming extremely helpful. The only issue we had was the transport back to the Airport at GOI on the way we wanted to visit the Birla temple ,unfortunately it was closed ,the opening time was not known it was only a short detour as it was on the opposite side of the road ,we could not get down from the car but still we were charged Indian Rs 600/=. we were told that we needed to pay the driver extra for the visit it was on the highway to the airport . As we could not visit the temple as they do not open until 1700 in the evenings
