Stunningstay and grwat location. Receptionists are brilliant and beds and pillows the best weve had whilst away. Top hotel.

Customer service is very good. Hotel is lovely and lounge bar is very comfortable with reasonably priced drinks.

Very convenient hotel for traveling and early check in

I had a cozy single which was well placed and comfortable. As a VIP, the hotel put a full-sized bottle of wine in my room, which I appreciated. My only concern is that the hotel tells clients to place a sign on the door by 3 p.m., if you want to opt-in for cleaning services. But I didn't check in until 3:30 p.m. when I arrived, so I fear I had missed it. The room was serviced anyway after I put the sign up late, but I've never had to "opt-in" to cleaning before. (Usually, a client has to put a sign on the door if opting out.) That was awkward. I think the opt-out option in most other hotels is better.
