Hotel is perfectly situated for trips for walks into Kazimierz, river, castle, Banksy museum and Old Town. Railway station is 5 mins walk with easy access to Salt Mines and Auschwitz, so no need to book tours through hotel, and you’ll save money. Bikes are also available through hotel. Hotel has two great restaurants and breakfast is exceptional! In foyer is free tea and coffee throughout the day. There’s a steam room, sauna, massage and gym downstairs. Rooms are very comfortable and everything is operated through an iPad. Only downside was a lack of wardrobe, but hanging is space is available, but it’s not ideal!

One of the best hotels in Kraków. Stayed with my family and baby. As a gay family we were treated splendidly. I booked rooms for friends and my inlaws. Rooms were superb. Had a little bit of an issue with noise the one day and was annoyed with a rude receptionist but the fantastic Manageress Jana/ Yana stepped in apologised got an update on works done, offered a room change with upgrades. But as she managed to resolove problem we remained in our rooms. Breakfast staff were lovely to....

Lovely hotel. Staff really friendly and can’t do enough for you. Great location. Definitely recommend staying here when visiting the city
