wonderful location, extremely beautiful. Staff very nice. The rooms could use some renewing.

We had a lovely four night stay in this idyllic spot. The beach is perfect - amazing white sand with lovely clear water. A real opportunity to get away from it all and a long way from the crowded tourist hotels of Nassau. Many guests return and I can understand why. Our two boys (10 and 14 years) loved it too.

The property was well kept and in a good location. We enjoyed the pool and the beach area right out the back door. Definitely recommend this property.

Amazing stay. Service is top-notch! Restaurant is amazing. The view is beautiful. We had a two bedroom ocean front with balcony. It was perfect! Even had a view from the bathroom in private balconies off from each bedroom. Great location downtown

It had a cozy, yet modern feel that made it both comfortable and stylish. The living areas were spacious, and the rooms had plenty of natural light, making it a wonderful place to relax after a day of exploring.One of the best parts of staying here was the direct access to the water. You could step right outside and take a refreshing swim or just enjoy the peaceful ambiance of the waves. Whether you’re a water lover or just someone who enjoys a gorgeous view, this house has it all.Overall, it was a perfect stay, offering both tranquility and adventure. If you’re looking for a comfortable, scenic getaway in Exuma, this is definitely the place to be!
