I like the location because it’s close everything

This was the second time we stayed at the Ascott within a month. We were in Penang for over three weeks to celebrate the Chinese New Year with our family in Penang. We decided to stay here again on the same trip. We like the amenities offered by Ascott such as the in-room washer and dryer, spacious room layout and excellent staff service. We walked to Gurney Plaza shopping mall and avoided the headaches of finding parking in the crowded shopping mall garage. This is a great hotel and we will certainly stay here again in the future.

Good convenient right across convention center Local food halls near by for some penang hawker favorites

I liked everthing about the resort

Friendly staff, large clean room with great view of waterfront, and nice breakfast buffet. Loved location near central Georgetown. Near restaurants and shopping and walkable to most of the top spots in the city.

The staff are all very helpful and willing to assist
