Love coming here, this was my second time visiting and my husbands first. The pool is beyond amazing and we spent the majority of the time there. The Buffett was excellent, and staff was the best. The house cleaning staff was so friendly and helpful and Riski was always checking in to see how our stay was.

Great place to stay. Staff is friendly, a lot of services included. Room and common areas are nice and clean. There is only one note: WiFi is not great so if you plan to take calls or do some work don’t rely on WiFi too much.

This is my first time in Lombok & I really enjoy the stay with my family. The staffs are so kind & nice, specially the head chef, restaurant manager Imran & Ulan from the restaurant. My family will never forget ulan because of her cheerfulness & kindness. But anyway thanks to every single staffs to make out this journey unforgettable.

Beautifully presented and maintained property. The staff were all absolutely amazing and couldn't be more helpful. The hotel is in a fantastic location.
