Sad to say it but it could help others make a choice when deciding what hotel to book a night in. We stayed for just one night and the front desk was very helpful and nice, the room they gave us had BED BUGS, we were getting ready to go to sleep and as soon as we pulled the covers found one on a pillow, then more and more. We went back to the front desk to let them know and they gave us a different room which although it looked clean at first, somehow we still got bit during the night.

This hotel was about what I expected for the price in Detroit. The breakfast was a little disappointing, most of the food was gone by 9 and one lady was making waffles and wouldn’t let anyone else use the machine even though she had been using it for at least 15 mins straight. The 2nd waffle maker was out of order. did nothing to help with the situation. The hot tub was out of order as well as both pool ladders. Towels were all over the floor in the pool area right when the pool opened at 10 am.

Service was amazing the young lady who helped me has amazing customer service how ever the the fist room had a huge yellow stain on the covers and so I informed her she offered me another room which was a little better. This hotel looks like the have people living here and a bag a clothes stayed at the back door door D all day this really needs to be renovated I didn’t stay all night I didn’t feel comfortable I checked out n at 4pm checked out at 11pm

Lobby was nice, room was clean, but the pool had some caution tape ? There was still people swimming though so it must be working. The price was really nice and I appreciated that they only had a $25 hold as a deposit. It was fairly quiet as well. There was a wide selection of food and drinks other than the vending machine too. Overall we had a pleasant experience. Would stay here again.
