The room was not cleaned through all our stay , never made the bed or replenish the towels in the bathroom, when we brought it to the attention of the service person at the front desk , she did apologized but never did anything about it besides giving us extra towels to take with us.

The staff is extremely professional and gave me all the support I needed . I had 2 separate booking and I don’t understand why the authorization on the first booking could not be used for the second booking. At this point I have to wait 3-5 business days , which never includes the weekend before this hold is put back into my account. That’s 200 dollars that I don’t have access to for almost a wk. However I do wish to stress that the staff are extremely amazing and professional.

While the staff were relatively helpful, they were short staffed. It took several hours for someone to come to our room to fix our TV. The carpets were stain everywhere and needed to be replaced. We also found ants near the bed. I showed the staff member the ass when she came to our room and even videoed the climbing on the wall. She offered nothing and there was not even an acknowledgment upon check out.

Our stay was great at this property. We had a terrible experience at another hotel who canceled our reservation the the same day and did not notify us. I was able to book a room here without any issues. The staff was incredibly friendly and nice. Check in was a breeze. Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. We travelled with 4 kids and they really enjoyed the stay! Will definitely book here again in the future.
