No Elevator, 40 ADA travelers!
I recently stayed at this hotel as part of a group of 40 disabled athletes, all of whom requested ADA-compliant rooms. Unfortunately, the experience was marred by a significant issue: the elevator was broken when we arrived, and I was assigned a room on the third floor. As an above-knee amputee, I was expected to crutch up and down multiple flights of stairs each day, which caused me severe pain—especially challenging while I was competing for a spot on the women’s national parahockey team. Despite informing the staff, the elevator was never repaired during my entire three-day stay. This was incredibly distressing, as the lack of elevator access directly impacted my comfort and ability to perform at my best during the competition. On the positive side, the hotel was very clean, and the staff was friendly and accommodating, especially when it came to storing my wheelchair while I was in my room. However, the unresolved elevator situation overshadowed these positives. I hope the management addresses this issue promptly to prevent future guests from experiencing similar challenges.

This was probably the cleanest hotel I’ve been at in a long while. There were a lot of varieties for breakfast. They had plenty of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion. I only gave 4 stars because our one rooms toilet wasn’t working so they switched us without hassle but then the blackout blinds weren’t working In that one.

The front desk was very professional and friendly. We were able to check in early. Breakfast had a nice variety of hot and grab and go items. The only negative is that some of the furniture is a little worn in the common areas. Our room was comfortable.
