The tub wouldn’t drain (room 135). There was writings on the walls, the room had an odor.

Very disappointed. The room was gross when I arrived, there was gunk in the little coffee pot, someone’s leftover food in the fridge, and other people’s leftover trash or random things under the bed. I only slept there one of the two nights I actually had booked and ended up leaving at like 1 am because I felt too unsafe being there. And it was just a very gross, small room with not much to offer. The shower head was clearly old and had some build up on it. Had to fully sanitize the bathroom best I could with my own clorox wipes before I felt comfortable using it. The only good thing was the night staff who was kind enough to help me get back in my room after I accidentally locked myself out. Overall bad experience.

Excellent service I booked for the wrong date and had no trouble changing. Very friendly staff. The rooms were very clean and they had a shuttle to bring us to the game. Will definitely be back.

Was here for an event at Huntington Center. Hotel provided shuttle/uber services for downtown events for free which was amazing! Hotel room/building needs updating. Room ceiling was peeling and smelled wet. Outside area was dirty and smelled of smoke and had broken fixtures/doors/lights. Overall ok for a 24 hour stay.

Still waiting on my refund. Room was disgusting.
This place is a disaster. Booked a room, walked in, slipped and almost fell immediately. It smelled like mold, had flies everywhere and felt like they had a humidifier on inside the room. Needless to say, I didn’t stay. Hotels.com said they had to issue a refund and for the past month I’ve been chasing them for it. Lily referred me to Monier who said I had to wait for Andy. Enough is enough. Charging me $194.74 for a room I didn’t stay in and almost injured myself in is insane. Constant “we’ll call you back” responses with no call back. This is ridiculous.

Gloom and Doom
The city of Detroit was an awesome town to visit during my business trip. Unfortunately, the hotel we stayed at is in shambles. Trash overflowing in the trash bins, the exterior of the building looks like a cellblock in a prison. We stayed for three nights and kept getting locked out of the room. Had to get keys magnetized everyday. You have to cross your fingers and hope the water is hot in the morning. The constant weed smoking smell is continuous and annoying. The name of the hotel should definitely be changed. "Quality" is not advertised here very well at all!

This place was very horrid fire detector kept beeping place was very dirty and smelled bad of cigarettes and people next door were very very loud. Front desk staff were not very accommodating

Wi-fi doesn’t works inside of suite. We must go to the corridor outside to get the signal. Sink on the washrooms was clogged. No refill inside of the shower shampoo or conditioner. And a used soap was on the shower. The frame bed was broken. A/C too noisy. The customer on the next room looks like had a party with a loudly music until 2am and smoking marijuana.

It’s perfect for a short stay if you’re coming down to watch a game or catch a show. The room wasn’t the cleanest but we didn’t stay in it long. It served its purpose beautifully and if you’re coming from Canada it’s an easy drive to the tunnel. Will be back and would recommend. 3 stars for accuracy.

I really should have read the reviews before booking this room. Our room was so dirty- the carpet was sticky and gross. The pull out couch /bed was so nasty we didn’t sleep on it. I’m embarrassed at how much I paid for this room. Please don’t stay here. One positive is that the staff was super nice.

Didn’t like people hanging out around the property smoking weed, drinking. Television only had 8 channels in which 3 of them had sound, fuzzy picture. Carpeting was dirty so I walked around so mall room with my shoes on until bedtime
