I wasn’t allowed to check in and need my money refunded. I called at midnight and was promised I could check in late. I was still in line for a car rental. After getting through the rental line and driving 22 miles I arrived and was told my reservation was canceled. I was forced to sleep in the rental car and had to work with no shower and very poor rest.

So far the worst hotel I have stayed in many years. They don’t clean the rooms, don’t provide even chaeck in normal hours

The rooms are updated clean did not see one bug, the staff was always helpful, Sue the GM especially was very helpful for me and my family. Always Clean Laundry was over priced in my opinion ($6.25 1 wash 1 dry) Stayed 2/29/24 to 7/28/24 We will return one day. After checking out I figured I would stay at Woodspring 295 in Jax FL... Read my post, opposite, opposite, opposite experience.

very clean, friendly, and spacious. There were no utensils or dishes in the room, which for an extended stay with a full kitchen, i was surprised. that’s the reason for the 4 star rating. otherwise everything else was really great
