BEWARE of your charges! We were charged for a night that we cancelled more than 24 hours in advance. We originally got a small refund only to be charged again a day later. Also charged twice at the bar. We were told it would be adjusted but it never was. The bed was comfortable but the room needed maintenance attention. Soap dispensers broken, towels were old, floor was sticky. In our brother's room the sink faucet came completely off the counter. Disappointed in our stay for those reasons.

Great place to stay in Dickinson ND

The people at check in where very friendly and the process was fast. When we got to the room we noticed that the door wouldn't latch when closed, but a quick call to the front desk had a repairman there in no time a the issue was resolved. The room was clean and quiet and for an older hotel it is kept up quite nice. The breakfasts were adequate, offering more than we would normally have if we were at home.

Great Hotel-Need Softer beds

I love this hotel. Just wish the beds were softer, they are extremely hard. The rooms are amazing, and the entire property is 5 stars. Only thing that needs to improve are the mattresses.

Great bar and restaurant connected to the hotel.

Great rooms and very clan, breakfast needs work.

Great room really clean and quiet. Hotel is nice. Close to gas stations and interstate. Breakfast aas just ok. I have celiacs and my only choice was sugar yogurt. Otherwise great hotel.

The breakfast was nice, and we enjoyed the room and bed. A few oddities, we had no hand towel or bath mat, and an extra towel or two would have been nice. We got in late so we could have asked for some but were tired and made due. There was some wear and tear throughout like missing tile in the elevator, but the hotel seemed clean overall.
