The room was very clean and was big and comfortable. However the sheets were pilling and the bathroom had wear. It was perfectly fine though given we were there to basically sleep.

No one was at front desk for check in. Waited 15 mins. Forgot to run my card at check in and next day 2 adult men proceeded to enter my room , while I was not there , and my 2 teenage daughters were only occupants at the time. Told them they had 30 minutes to pay or leave!

I asked about a discounted rate and was told this was somehow *more* expensive, but that they wouldn't charge me. I made reservations here based on the reviews. However, we were not impressed. Tv did not work during our stay. Breakfast was only so-so. Orange juice dispenser was out, forks, and knives were out. Shower water did not drain well. We were charged more than what was quoted. The manager got defensive with us discussing the bill.

As long as you didn't look under the bed or in corners it was passable. Had to ask for clean replacement pillows when we arrived and additional towels so each of us would get one. It's clear that hiring adequate staff is a challenge. Nice enough facility, and pleasant staff, though. We passed up the breakfast as we like some fruit and/or juice and there was none there. Not the greatest stay but adequate for what we needed. Quiet.
