The hotel was very nice and cozy. The staff was very polite and friendly. We had a suite so it was very roomy. Dog friendly! Affordable and nice. The cost included breakfast. That's my only complaint it wasn't very good. Eggs were from a carton. Not a big fan. I would have thought having a little better breakfast isn't that much to ask. That being said I would definitely stay again

Staff was nice, the property is dated. The pictures online do not match the actual room. Shower had no pressure, the bed was extremely hard. The whole floor had a smell to it. Overall wasn't bad, but definitely not staying there again.

I think this is a great hotel for the price. Nice to have a bar on site but the food there isn’t very good. The room lighting is very dim. Otherwise a very good hotel, rooms were clean and bed was comfortable.

Our check in was rude, followed by misguided directions to our room. Once we got to our room, there was no lights. Not a single light bulb worked. The bedding was dirty, and the shower was filthy. There was mold on the shower curtain, and the water for the shower didn’t work. The water control was broken. When we notified the front desk, fhey said they’d send someone… nobody came. The walls were paper thin, and we could hear the man in the room beside us snoring.

The Roosevelt Grand Dakota is no longer grand. This property has been neglected over time with few updates. The elevators are creaky and shaky. The walls have peeling paint, stained carpet, peeling bathtub porcelain, and old furniture. The pool/hot tubs were dirty or stained. The breakfast area was sad, dark, and with limited options. We only stayed one night while on a road trip, and the bed was comfortable enough with clean sheets so it did the trick. But I would not go out of my way to ever stay here again.
