Conveniently situated near the brussels airport AND Diegem train station (just across the hotel). Highly recommend if you want a beautiful stay that is just less than 30 minutes train from the center of brussels

Hotel is located convenient to the Diegam Train station, so it is very to commute to the city from this place. The Hotel provides complimentary shuttle to the airport for both pick up and drop off which is eases the transportation to the hotel. Breakfast is excellent, and hotel is clean and nice.

Overall I would stay again. We just stayed one night as we had an early flight so barely there 10 hours. It did have nice touches like candies and bottle water in the lobby which was nice. Also the shuttle included was one of the reasons for picking it. They left out pastries for the early morning pickup, which was really helpful. The only complaint is the air con barely worked. There was only one vent at the enterance and it really didn't circulate the room. We managed though and no other complaints with the room.

I specifically booked a room with one queen bed and another twin bed however we were given a room with all twin beds. As a result of this, I had to sleep separately from my spouse. We were told that there are no queen beds left in the hotel. However, we came early in the morning and we were told that the rooms were being cleaned and we spent the rest of the day in the city to come back at 8 PM to check into our room. You are either lying to me or you are selling rooms that do not exist. In addition to this, there is no proper lobby area, where the customers can sit and wait. You either have to spend money in the bar or go to the breakfast area.

This is one of the best properties I’ve ever stayed in, anywhere, in my life. The staff were so accommodating, it was remarkable. The breakfast buffet - wow ! The facilities were beautiful, clean, and quiet. The train station for your 15 minute ride into the heart of downtown Brussels, is literally across the street.

Ok hotel
This hotel was convenient, train station right across the street, grocery and laundromat within 7 minute walk, free shuttle to airport. Staff were not friendly, with exception of housekeeping staff. Room was comfortable, beds were average though. There is no lobby to relax in if a bigger space is wanted. The restaurant and bar is convenient but very overpriced for so-so food. The add on breakfast is very expensive, it's decent food, but not worth the money.
