Very nice upgrade with dome ceiling and round room. Loved it. Bathroom tile and minor maintenance is needed but cool room with steam shower.

Loud karaoke bar!
If you like karaoke, then stay here on Thursday night! The sound from the bar reverberated loudly in our room until after 10 pm. I think they want to run a nice historic hotel, but the loud karaoke didn’t make it comfortable for us. Also, we needed more coffee pods and they didn’t just have them at the front desk like most other hotels (thanks Jordan for the good service!). Last, I didn’t have a table or reading light on my side of the bed - I think they could add a small light. Otherwise great location, the facility is nice, our suite comfortable, and dinner at the restaurant was expensive but very good.

I really appreciated the top-notch customer service. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming - particularly the valet parking staff. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Our room was nice, clean, and spacious. The location near shops and restaurants was unbeatable - just a 1 or 2-minute walk! This is the PERFECT place to stay in Manitou Springs!

Charming property in convenient location. Veranda was lovely. Staff was nice. Room was small, which was as expected. Too much furniture in it, though, and it was very perfumy, in a bad way.

Staff was welcoming and supportive. They went out of their way to make your stay pleasant. Vanesa and Julie at the front desk, Matt the bellman / porter to Lindsey in the bar were wonderful. The charm of the Cliff House must be experienced if your in the area.

Sayed two nights mid week in early September to celebrate our 39th anniversary. Pleasantly surprised with an upgrade. Loved our room. Loved the old fashioned decor with modern amenities. I wished we could have stayed another night. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Valets friendly , helpful and fast. We ate dinner in the adjacent bar. Food was good for pub fare. We had a problem getting the hot water to turn on (and stay on in the shower). Called front desk and within 8 minutes had 2 maintenance workers at our door who fixed the problem. We did not try the dining room.
