Issues were resolved

Had issues with the cards. Went back to the front desk, eventually had to switch rooms about 20 min later. Otherwise, had a great stay. Room was very nice/clean.

Traveled 5.5 hours to stay here because of the indoor pool. Got to hotel to check in and the pool was shut down for maintenance. We were never notified so were completely unaware of it. Could have canceled and stayed somewhere else. Very sneaky

Good hotel

The check-in was good. The room was clean. The bath tub had a big spot of discoloration. The blow dryer did not blow dry my hair due to not being able to be warm air. Nice hotel though.
