Nicest casino we went to in Laughlin, but certainly wasn't the level I expected rooms were clean but clearly older remodels, lacking any character or amenities! Plus was your parking valets!! All great guys!

Three stars where?
We paid ahead for an upgraded view of the river and we got a half view of the river instead. We were right above the exhaust stack and the genie was runnin all night. The room was dusty and dirty and the chair/ottoman was filthy and looked like someone was literally living in it. Sheets had a hole in it and they put the ice bucket in the bathroom. Also the entire hotel is super old, with extremely low ceilings and tight halls which made it almost claustrophobic. Additionally we couldn’t park in the self parking due to the extremely low ceiling, if you have a lifted vehicle you won’t make it in which meant we had to park outside and there was limited parking due to the influx of van lifers camping in the parking lot.

Check in/out was a little challenging since the checkin date had to be changed due to our flight being canceled. Couldn’t find our reservation but realized we had been pre-registered. Upon checkout, wanted to charge us 3 nights resort fees and taxes even though we stayed 2. This was due to the mixup at checkin. But the front desk took care of things and was able to get it back to 2 nights. The carpet on the casino floor was being replaced which was a little inconvenient. But I love the new carpet. It’s very bright! I love the outdoor sitting area with the fire pit and towers. Sat out here both nights in the evening and watched the water flow by and watched the mountains change colors as the sun went down. This was our second time staying here and would stay again in the future. The rooms are a little dated and could use some upgrades but overall, it was fine.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. House keeping came in daily without being asked which doesn't happen everywhere these days.
