Lovely large room with spacious and clean bathroom. Easy to get to with loads of parking and quick walk into Donegal to see the castle or a local pub (The Forge is 100m away and also excellent). Would highly recommend getting the breakfast (12.5 Euro pp) as it was delicious and excellent value.
Clean and easy parking, we only stop to continue the trip next day, we didn’t get breakfast

Disliked: Staff & service
Too focused on catering events
Too many events scheduled during this time. Although hotel did inform us of this, since my booking was non refundable I felt that I didn’t have much option to stay elsewhere. Had to wait for our rooms to be ready while the locals were given their rooms without any wait. Kids were running up and down the hall banging on doors. Music was playing loudly into the wee hours of the morning.
We stayed here one night while driving the Wild Atlantic Way. We were extremely pleased with our stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. No AC but they did have a fan.Looks to be a newer building. They are in a good location and have a big parking lot. You can walk a few blocks into town to most of the restaurants. The bathroom was new but it was very small and the water pressure wasn't that good. We would definitely stay again if in the area.
On arrival the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant and couldnt do enough for you. I would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was great as were the staff in the restaurant next morning as well
The room was simple and spotless, the breakfast was delightful, and the person checking us is was happy and bubbly! The whole stay was a joy! Only thing missing was a face cloth. We learned that many hotels in Ireland don't have face wash clothes, so nothing specific against this hotel. Otherwise, it was perfect!
Beautiful breakfast and was so close to town. The receptionist was friendly and very helpful! There was a long hair on the pillowcase and one on the toilet seat. The place seemed clean but the hair was a bit off putting.
Perfect location for exploring Donegal! Walking distance downtown. Great staff. Wonderful breakfast. Clean, and comfortable beds

Disliked: Amenities
Left some things to be desired. No facial tissue in rooms, no refrigerator and restaurant closed at 17:00. Within easy walking distance of donegal town though.
What a wonderful asset Lucy is. I couldn't have had a warmer welcome, although I am not sure she believed me when I said I wouldn't need the late access key fob. A wealth of information given, and help offered. Thank you
Room was small but big enough. Room and bathroom all seemed nice and new. Plenty of parking. Didn’t try the breakfast so can’t speak to food. Staff very friendly. Only problem was it was like sleeping in a sauna. Hottest hotel room on earth.
This place is a little jem in Donegal town. The room was so cosy and clean.zThe bed was really comfortable and i definitely couldn't fault it. The reception staff were so friendly and I would definitely stay here again.zThe breakfast is definitely worth the money as the restaurant is first class.
