The bed was comfortable. The breakfast had many options and was good. Liked having coffee in my room and the small refrigerator. I was disappointed that the pool was closed and booked the location to swim.

Overpriced for what the facility had to offer. There was a distinct smell the moment that you walk in. The elevator felt and sounded like it was going to break down. The bathroom tub was yellow and crusty like it’s not properly cleaned. It was so disgusting that I did not take a shower before check out. Because of the poor smell and lack of caring for this facility we did not have the appetite to have breakfast there. Surprisingly the bedroom sheets were clean. This place will unfortunately be on our never again list even though the location was perfect for our travel back home. Very dissatisfied.

Not great - the front desk girl was less than friendly form the get go Our room 333 did not number plate just a piece of paper with marker. One of the bathroom mirror lights was burned out. Called down to front desk and was told maintenance was need to change the bulb using a ballast so all we could do was change rooms. The new room was not acceptable so I removed the small light bulb in 2 seconds.I took it downstairs and asked for a new bulb and the original clerk said they did not have any bulbs and it was impossible to let me take one from an unoccupied room. Fortunately another slightly older lady stepped in and took me up to a 2nd story room and we acquired a working light bulb which I installed myself. (She did offer to replace it for me but I told her I could do it.) About 2 hours later and the less than friendly checkin girl was extremely put out when we asked for more towels (Originally had 3 bath towel, 2 hand towels, and 2 washcloths for 3 people).Our friends walked in a few minutes later and the same girl was downright ruder when asked for more towels for their party of 5.I had to ask for a shower cap and she was extremely put out again. No travel toiletries in our room even though they were in the 2nd story room I visited. the shower head did not produce a steady stream and was located up high up on the wall.SHow/tb was not clean and their were stains along the hallway carpet. Bed was very nice and the breakfast was good.

Not usual Holiday Inn Express standards.
Hotels is in need of updating. The beds are very comfortable but that is about it. The chairs at the table in there were so stained and dirty didn’t want to sit on them. The shower wall was disintegrating with pieces on the floor.
