Worked for our family.
Overall a good stay. Easy check in, friendly staff. Bed wasn’t overly comfortable. “Separate” bedroom didn’t actually have a door so might as well had been 2 queen beds beside each other. Breakfast was good.

2 night stay while attending a surprise BD gathering. Complimentary breakfast included hot bacon, sausages, eggs and potatoes but the real plus was the specialized self grinding coffee machine - mochaccino vs mocha finally compared :)

Staff were excellent. Checked in expecting two queen beds but go one. The front desk was very accommodating and put us in the double queen with no extra charge. Booked two extra nights because my wife was ill and again they were accommodating. Gym is small but equipment was good enough for me. Cleaning staff did a great job on the room. I would stay here again.

The Foxwood caters to the boom and bustle of the DV oilfield. The parking lot was full of work trucks and welding rigs. The hotel is starting to show its age and requires a a face lift. The room had a toilet that barely flushed, peeling wallpaper in the bathroom and we ended up having to get rid of multiple insects (not sure how they kept getting in). We also found a ripped blue medical (rubber) glove on the floor which was gross. It was ok in a pinch. 6.5/10.

We stayed here for one night on our way travelling home. The price was very reasonable and the first room we were given the air conditioning didn’t work (it was needed!). We contacted the front desk and we were given another room right away so excellent service. The rooms were nice and we enjoyed the included breakfast the next day too.

We stay at Foxwood every month of the year and it never disappoints us. Hotel caters to workers who travel back roads and bring mud to the parking lot. It is difficcult to keep the parking lot clean. That was the only downgrade to the facilities. Everything else is great, from staff and their friendliness to the services.

Due to the rains a nd oil workers who work in the outdoor the area outside is muddy and not swept. It's understandable because of where the town is located. Breakfast is very good, except the jerky tough bacon and the funny face potatoes that. taste like paper mache. There are other items on the menue that are very good. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Drayton Valley.

The towel rack fell off the wall due to poor maintenance after telling them it fell off while i was in the shower all i did was take the towel off of it and hopped into the shower. After i get home they are now trying to charge me for the towel rack a days rent and are claiming i put a bullet hole in the wall while no one heard a shot absolutely the worst place i have every stayed and have yet to reply to me or have any proof be cautious and avoid this place like the wind
