Our stay at this hotel was exceptional! Check-in was a breeze, complete with a refreshing welcome drink. The views were absolutely stunning, and the hotel staff, especially at the entrance, were cheerful and consistently helpful, making us feel right at home. The complimentary hourly shuttle to Dubai Mall was incredibly convenient, and for those keen on exploring, the river is just a short walk away. Although food was a bit on the pricier side for us as Australians, the variety of on-site dining options made it worthwhile. The restaurants were clean, romantic, and staffed by polite, friendly people. We particularly enjoyed "Lush Burger" – a tasty, affordable option we’d highly recommend. Our room was well-sized for three, with plenty of cupboard space, blackout curtains for a restful night, and a quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The bedding was soft, luxurious, and changed daily. The room included thoughtful touches like a pod coffee machine, endless tea and coffee, and comfortable extras like dressing gowns and slippers. The bathroom was spacious, with high-quality amenities and a few extra gifts to take home. A lovely pool, staffed by security and located close to a charming cocktail bar, made for a relaxing stay and added to the overall enjoyment. Overall, we felt safe and well taken care of throughout our stay – a truly memorable experience.

Located in a pleasant area. The restaurants are many with variety of selection. Dubai is not a walkable city. The hotel provides all needed amenities. But if you prefer something different, transportation and taxis are available. The hospitality and response of staff is extraordinary.

Everything about this hotel was perfect! I’ve never left a review for a hotel, but I wanted to give them their due praise. I booked a car to pick me up from the airport and they waited for me after landing. The staff is so polite from the front desk to the restaurants. I give this hotel and my experience a 10 star!

This is truly a 5 star property and I will definitely stay again. The entire staff was attentive to our needs. The rooms are extremely spacious and elegantly decorated. The only concern we had was that we didn't know we had paid for the breakfast package so we missed several days of breakfast due to lack of a better explanation upon checking in.

I would have easily given them an exceptional ratings because they got most of the things right, but the fact that no hotel guest is allowed to microwave any foods, bought or brought from the outside, in any part of their building/facility, including in their kitchen, is terrible - had to throw away many foods that I just needed to heat up.
