Staff were all super helpful and friendly. The rooms were clean, spacious and modern. Swimming pool area didn’t have that many beds around the pool so you may have to wait however it was a good sized pool with jacquzzi which has a nice view of the burj khalifa.

I loved absolutely EVERYTHING. The staff is amazing and having a son with allergies, they helped us with all meals to every last detail. Cosimo the executive chef was amazing as was his entire team, Randy in housekeeping, all the restaurant and Reception staff. It was the best experience ever and we will be going back. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the service is the best.

We stayed at Pullman because Ramada Inn Downtown Dubai cancelled our reservation (!) and that was the best thing that happened to us in Dubai. Pullman is a much better hotel, their staff is very helpful and accommodating, our room was spacious and clean, there are three great restaurants at the property, the breakfast buffet is awesome and the location is very convenient for transportation and downtown access. A taxi/Uber to Dubai Mall is $7-8 and takes about 10 min. There is a supermarket and pharmacy literally across the street if you need anything that hotel doesn’t have. Their prices are very reasonable for the level of comfort and service. I’d definitely stay at Pullman on the next trip to Dubai.
