I came for 2 nights and stayed at the premium burj view room.. I asked for the best view and high room since it was my anniversary and was given a room with a mediocre view and no other upgrades or privileges although I am a returning customer ( last visit was in December and checked in by the nice egyptian employee) this time it was a female employee. The room also had plumbing issues which were later resolved and cleaning was very bad no change of sheets and towels were removed

The rooms are not up to the mark, internet was very slow tv wouldn’t work mattress was not of good quality if the bathroom is used on the upper floors the sound of water flowing comes in the room very strange. Bathroom was good there was water leak shower cabin. Breakfast was not of the value we paid for.

The Radisson Blu Water Front was great value for the money The only negative thing about the hotel was that there is a night club right next door and come closing time between 3am & 4am you have the taxis out front blowing there horns 7 days a week and there goes your peaceful night sleep and the sad things is the hotel can not do a thing about it because the night club has nothing to do with the hotel

Property is surrounded by noisy construction which you can hear all night. There was a smell or washed carpet in the room which was annoying. Staff were generally not smiling or overtly friendly (which one expects at this category of hotel) but were NOT rude or disrespectful.
