When we had an issue with our first room they upgraded us and moved us right away with no issues. They were very amazing to deal with and will stay there again. Joshua was very helpful and made sure everything was perfect for our stay.

The Hotel's name is Water View, but unfortunately, it should be changed to Construction View. I paid for Waterview but I received Construction View, Noise and dusty road.

The property was located in downtown which was easily accessible to Dubai mall and other places. The hotel was really nice and clean however the toilet flush kept breaking every other day so another room would have been good but the house keeping would send someone straight away to fix it. The room was spacious and the view to Burj Khalifa and the waterfront made it even better. The housekeeping lady Amrita was one of the most amazing staff in the entire hotel, she kept our room cleaned all times made sure everything is available. She was a star! Transport was always available at the door step. Wish they had microwave in the room as it really would have made the hotel Outstanding. A special Thanks to Amrita!
