Amazing location, awesome staff, specially Solange Besong and Abdelahman who served at the club lounge in the afternoons, also thank you to Suman and a special thank you to chef Amr who personally came out of his kitchen to meet me when I said I crave the Egyptian dish Oum-Ali, in less than 2hrs chef Amr prepared it and sent it to my room. The best Oum-Ali I ever tasted. Thanks to all the staff who made our holiday extra special. The location is very convenient, the hotel is clean, actually housekeeping is twice a day, the pool is AWESOME, nice lobby, quick lifts, I can’t find any cons about this hotel. It’s just the best. We will definitely be back again

It’s a wonderful stay in Sofitel Dubai Downtown. The location is perfect to get access to Metro and Dubai Mall. Room is spacious with good maintenance. Service is good. Check in and out are fast. In short, a very satisfying experience.

Pictures don’t do justice to Sofitel Downtown Dubai. I enjoyed every minute of my stay here. From the minute we walked in, we were treated like royalty. The appliances are top notch, the facilities are clean and the staff are incredibly courteous. Despite being in downtown it’s kids friendly. Worth every penny spent.

I was particularly unhappy with the L’Apero restaurant where I took my daily breakfast and the executive VIP lounge. The Food buffet was constantly full of flies and the staff did not know what to do. You simply loose your appetite. Also, the timing window for the pre-dinner canapés was too small to be of any use.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience! The rooms were exceptionally clean, which made my stay very comfortable. The reception team was professional and welcoming, always ready to assist with any inquiries. Plus, the hotel's location near the main Mall in Dubai was a huge bonus—convenient for shopping and dining. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!
