The extractor fan was faulty. We mentioned this twice at the reception and in both instances, they said they'll send someone over - they didn't.
Only one lift works with the lift area looking tatty.
For two night, we woke up too early as the family (two different families in two different days) next door were being noisy - there are two connecting doors to two adjacent rooms. This makes it very easy for noise from the occupants of these rooms to reach the middle room.
Staff were polite, but not as helpful. A clear rethinking of the management here may be more helpful.
I will not be using this hotel again.
All round pleasant stay. Room was basic. Dined in hotel and food was beautiful and staff were very helpful. Spend a lot of money for the stay but I was disappointed to have to pay for parking as a resident. Overall was a nice hotel with nice food
Didn’t get the inter connecting rooms we booked, which caused us lots of problems. They had large groups of young girls staying that was running up and down the corridors all night banging and slamming doors. The last door I heard get slammed was 04:05am. The leisure facilities were very poor and unclean. The whole hotel was very unkept and needed work doing on it.
Booked Dinner for 2 adults and 2 children for 8pm. Limited seating available, when we were finally seated after 30mins i had to go ask someone to take our order. One hour later dinner arrived at our table i then had to go and ask for our drinks. Very poor service dinner was just OK desert same. Would stay at the hotel but definitely skip dinner. Breakfast was a lot more organised.
Just so noisy! Kids running up and down corridors, could easily hear the conversations happening in both rooms either side of us. Doors very loud on closing. Hardly got any sleep.
On a side note, hotels advertises this hotel with the heading "Parking available" but fails to adequately communicate that it is paid parking. In addition when I question it with hotels, com I was told it was 8euros per night but was charged 10euros so clearly it is a very gray area for what is being advertised and what is actually happening!

The property was fine, i do think it needs a tpuch up. The room we were in was in need odmf a fresh coat of paint and few other little things to make it look better. The jacuzzi was out of order both times we went to the pool which was very disappointing.
This hotel is run-down, staff were unfriendly and our room what cramped, unbearably stuffy/hot and we were provided with a broken fan. The tub/shower did not drain properly. The food and service in the restaurant was terrible. Thank goodness we were only passing through for one night. Would NOT recommend or stay here again.
Good location, excellent staff. Special thanks to Derek who assisted with parking. Breakfast was lovely. Highly recommend.

I enjoyed how close the hotel was to liffey valley shopping centre and my children really enjoyed the swimming pool. However the room was not as clean especially the bathroom. It could be doing with new bathrooms. There was limescale all over toilet. Chipped tiles on the shower. The shower curtain was disgusting at the bottom. And i was 33 weeks pregnant climbing into a bath for a shower was not ideal. There was also brown stains on the carpet. The heat was awful however they did provide 2 fans which were great.
