Very noisy all night, reception staff weren't very friendly on check in or check out. Did not use the bar or restaurant but breaskfast was poor. Will not return.
The hotel was clean and the room was spotless and spacious. Where this hotel falls down is the lift only goes to the 5th floor for some reason! We then had to get out of the lift, walk down a long corridor and walk up a flight of stairs to access our room. Made very little sense and may be an issue from an accessability point of view.
All staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and spacious but quite warm. Biggest issue was the noise at night, lots of kids running around and noise from other rooms was ridiculous. I underatand its a big hotel and some guests just don't have respect for others. Overall it was a lovely hotel with lots of choice for breakfast.
The hotel is in a fab location for access to the zoo and also the sports Ireland centre which is why we were there. The car park is safe with plenty of spaces although the 2 electric car charging points were in use by other cars the entire stay which was frustrating as we have an electric car.
The hotel itself was nice, the family was a great size and good to have 5 of us in 1 room youngest under 2 so in a cot) but the room was SO HOT absolutely sweltering all night. Swimming pool was a nice bonus after the zoo however it was cold, jacuzzi not working and you need a padlock for the lockers (plus swim hats!)
Breakfast was delicious, loads of choice with non dairy milks and gluten free options. Every choice of food had an allergy card stating any allergens which was amazing as my son has a dairy and peanut allergy which can make things so difficult. Staff were constantly going around saying good morning, clearing plates and bringing extra milk if needed. One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had, especially with kids. Dinner was nice, but very expensive. Booking through Expedia there was no dinner package but I was told direct there is which was annoying but not the end of the world.
The staff were all incredible, every single person was so friendly and extra helpful they really made the stay.
As stated above, I don’t mind staying here on a regular basis for work, but the pricing varies greatly from booking to booking, now to rub salt into the wounds they have started charging to use their own car park?
Great hotel for families. The pool is nice. Staff are very friendly. Breakfast is very nice. It's a bit outside the city but great if you are visiting Dublin zoo or Liffey Valley Shopping Centre.

Good value for location however property a little run down
We asked for a quiet room upon check-in which couldn't have been further from reality. Walls were paper thin and not helped by the fact that the rooms were interconnecting so we could hear every single thing in the next room and the corridor.
I didn't understand why we needed a keycard to access the elevators and rooms but anybody could use the nain stairs from the lobby to enter corridors without any security measures.
The noise the next morning was even worse with maintenance work being done outside our room door from early morning. Drilling, loud talking etc. The final straw was when somebody entered our room even though there was a 'do not disturb' sign on the door. We had requested late checkout until 12pm but left straight after that incident.
On the plus side, breakfast was good and a special shout out to Sharon who was friendly and helpful.
I definitely would not stay here again. Didn't feel safe and not suitable for a relaxing break with the constant noise all of the time.
Hotel was very clean beds made every day with fresh towels
Most of the staff were friendly with odd exception in the Bar
Very noisy on the evenings with kids running around corridors unsupervised
Bit steep for car parking at 10 euros a night

Disappointed with our stay
Very disappointed with our stay this time! The room was ok and beds were comfortable but cleanliness wasn’t great overall - the breakfast plates, cutlery and glasses were all extremely dirty!
Pool facilities are poor - very dirty floors and towels were v old!
