The property was under major reconstruction and even though we booked the room a month in advance we were not notified & given an option. The dining room was in a conference room with limited options. The room did not have a microwave. It was noisy, you had to step around construction & the air quality was bad.
It’s still under construction.
I got the notice that they are in remodeling but it was more than I expected.
Still can use most of the facilities except business office.

Heavy construction going on, the rooms need remodeling, stains on the carpet, some light stains on one of the sheets. I would say, during this heavy construction they should have discounted rates.
I recently stayed at a Hyatt and was quite disappointed with my experience. The hotel felt run down and outdated, which was surprising given the premium price I paid. Additionally, it was undergoing construction, which only added to the inconvenience. I had higher expectations for a Hyatt property and wish it had been a nicer stay. I also didn’t like the fact that they requested a copy of my service dogs paperwork. I thought that was illegal? Not that I care. Of course I had proof, but it was just a little awkward.
