Hotel was clean and tidy. Room small but exactly what we needed, bed very comfortable. The area the hotel is in is okay. It is great for getting into the city however at night there were lots of homeless people outside that were taking drugs.

This was pretty much the perfect stay for us. Excellent value for money. We had one of the snug rooms and although small, it was well set out and plenty big enough for two of us to get around. Comfy beds. Great location. Super clean. Exceptional customer service - thanks Lea and Jason! And an in-house laundry available to use 24/7 was a very welcome sight as we reached the halfway point of our three week trip around the UK!

It was clean and comfortable with a large foyer for sitting in. We asked for an adjacent room for our daughter more then 3 weeks in advance and also before she booked in and they put her in a room more then 100 plus feet away at the end of another corridor.

Great hotel and location!!

This hotel was in the heart of the Dublin shopping district! The staff were responsive and helpful from the moment we approached the front desk! The room was so clean and the bed was very comfortable! We were able to walk to great restaurants, coffee/pastry shops and beautiful Trinity College! It was just what we needed our last night in Ireland before our flight the next afternoon!

Contacting the Marlin Group to find out about early check-in was difficult and the staff I dealt with were both rude and unhelpful. Automatic check in was quick and easy and staff were helpful. The hotel is new and clean although personally not a fan of the hipster decor. The room was small but fine for out one night stay. The shower needs to have a door on it to stop the bathroom basically flooding. Breakfast buffet was decent with vegetarian/vegan options available if you asked. Check out was quick and easy and staff were helpful.
