The hotel is in a great location. But
1) one of the elevators was out of commission the whole four days we were there, with no evidence of any evidence to fix it; and on of the others was flakey, often not ever responding to the call button; given the size of the place having only one reliable elevator was a realproblem, you had to wait for it forever sometimes.
2) when we tried to book breakfast at the front desk it took the fellow there twenty minutes to figure out how to do it; and then when we got to the breakfast the next morning they have no record of it, even though we'd already paid for it
3) our room was never serviced; we'd go find a cleaner and ask for stuff (clean towel, more pods for the coffee maker, etc). We never got them.
4) the lights were awful, the light in bathroom would go out repeatedly while taking a shower and you'd have to get out and wave your arms to get it back on again
And all this for a room we had to pay 5 times the amount we spent for a nicer room in another part of Dublin.
