Have stayed here several times … hotel is decent… clean rooms for the most part … staff has always been very cordial… the one opportunity I see for this hotel is to update the beds and pillows - way too soft, and towels - way too old

Facility was comfortable and clean, staff was fine, breakfast was good. Picture is misleading in that it is next to a casino, there was major construction going on as another hotel is being constructed immediately next door. Construction noise was not a problem as work stopped at 5:00 pm. Sharing a parking lot with the casino was problematic for us as the only place to walk is around the parking lot and there were several clearly drunken people wandering the parking lot.

Had a nice stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. Great staff & modern room. Only drawbacks are they are currently building another Hilton hotel next door and the construction will be happening until the end of 2025. Staff was very nice and checked in via text several times to ensure all was good. Will say the lighting in the room was lacking.

This hotel is our top choice in Dubuque area. Very clean, beds are comfortable and close walk to casino. The staff are always friendly.
