This is a very nice property, right on the lake. Nice sitting areas outside. Beds are comfortable and rooms very spacious and clean. Breakfast was good, but add some bacon, not just sausage.

Cleaning staff decided to get early start at 8:30am began knocking on doors and bumping around in hallway with cart. Was upset myself & young child who was up until 1am especially when we were hoping to sleep until right before check out. So it seems the hotel is in a hurry to rush out paid customers 2 hours prior to check out & being woken up by knocking on doors at that time with check out at 11am after paying a rate of over 300.00 for less than 19 hours one would hope to not have to be woken up by cleaning staff early in the morning. Not worth the money wish I would complained more to be honest I been upset since.

It is close to all activities on canal park. There was a smell in the room. Had to open windows every once in a while to get rid of it.

Had an excellent stay at this hotel! Our room had an awesome view of the lake and the harbor. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The hotel was very peaceful and quiet. The breakfast was tasty and my kids loved the hot tub and pool. Our dog Axel was very comfortable too. Thanks!

Paid four times as much as we should have for what I was expecting of a $522 double queen for one night. Clearly paid for the location as the hotel was run of the mill. The interior of the room was fine, but they should be embarrassed by the chairs. The two chairs looked to be from the 1970s at best. They were stained and massively uncomfortable. The rest of the room was a standard, comfortable room expected of a $100-$150 room. The rest of the charge is clearly being pocketed. Hopefully they are using the remaining ~$400 to pay their employees well and not just the corporate office.
