Neat little Harbor Town to Visit
Great Location. Right on the water. Cute little harbor town with nice local restaurants a short walk away. Hotel Lobby and restaurant look very nice. Complimentary breakfast is no frills but good. Eggs, sausage, English muffins, bagels, muffins, waffles, juice coffee, cereal, fresh fruit… everything you would need to start your day. Comfortable beds and room. Bathroom door was very squeaky and rust stains in tub. Overall we had a great stay and would recommend.

Outdated and overpriced
Hotel is outdated, run down, and not cared for. Such a shame as the location is beautiful and it’s really the only option. Ridiculously expensive for what it is. Pool not open, windows dirty, carpet stained, outdated rooms…even the elevator was filthy, and with buttons that didn’t work! Very disappointing.

Friendly Staff, and location was great for my travels. Would like to see some updates, hotel would be great for a early 90's theme party besides the bar/restaurant the whole facility needs updating its right on the water and could be so much more. Another note, good water pressure for a shower.

It was a beautiful location and the restaurant was GREAT! The room was very outdated and with that there is a cleanliness you can’t achieve.. stained lamp shades, curtains, dirty windows… BUT we had a great stay and would go again!

I was really surprised about the poor condition of the property given its cost. There was dust an inch thick everywhere in the lobby and game room. The game room was a big empty space with splintered wood laying around—a hazard for kids. When we arrived in our room, there were food scraps in the garbage and strewn on the desk. It turns out our room hadn’t been cleaned and we were moved to another. It was ok, though in some disrepair. It’s the kind of room and experience that should cost about a third of what we paid for it. I wish I had known.
