The location was good for a last minute night over due to college changes from Covid. Location is a bit older but still comfortable

Can't recommend

Disrepair is one thing, but dirtiness is another. Unvacuumed carpet, dirt & bugs in window sills, shower drain didn't work- still 3 inches of water in tub 12 hours later. No coffee maker or fridge in room or "lobby" a/c so noisy we had to shut it off at night to sleep. The mgr is very nice and polite, but the property is so rundown and room so dirty, that I recommend paying twice the price to stay somewhere else.

Nice place for an overnight trip!

It was clean, quiet, and quite spacious. My daughter and I found the beds to be quite comfortable. Water pressure in the shower was great! The owners were very friendly and helpful.

The property was a smelly mess! Feces were in the toilet, the bath tub was painted and the paint was chipping, the few rooms that appeared to be rented out were to creatures that lived there. It was scary and terrible that I couldn’t even stay there. They charged my card for the few days and would not return the money. I’m a traveling nurse and the sudden inconvenience of trying to find another safe place to stay late at night was a bit overwhelming.

The Dunkirk Motel is conveniently located, the price is economical, the rooms are spacious and immaculately clean, and are equipped with fridge, microwave, office space, and flat-screen TV, and parking is available at your door. No breakfast, no coffee machine in the room, but there is a Tim Horton's right sown the street. The hostess is friendly, thoughtful, and helpful. To be honest, the property could use some updating, but for a quick overnight in Fredonia, (the campus is 5 minutes away) it was comfortable, clean, and more than adequate!

Renovation is underway, but it is not ready for customers. The room was ok, but there is only one overhead light; no bedside light made it difficult to read. The air conditioning dripped into the room. The only trash can was placed by staff under the air conditioning...listened to drip drip drip all night. It also leaked on other side of air... I placed a towel on floor to protect the carpet. There was one plastic cup in room. No other amenities. The bathroom in places was filthy...tub was dusty/dirty. They should use only a ready room before it is rented. Until then head to Fredonia for affordability
