After multiple attempts to try and cancel the Friday reservation, the hotel employees, and manager refused to refund us one of the evenings after we called over a week before. We lost money for the Friday The room itself was very dirty. We have photos of the sheets, being stained and hair in the corners of the bathroom. Overall, the cleanliness was very filthy. We will not stay there again.

Property is run down. Not the cleanest and no cover on the duvet (just between two sheets). Check-in was friendly but slow, and rooms weren't cleaned yet - they had to change us to a room that the cleaners were done with. Our room was missing a part of the window, so it was noisy and drafty. Breakfast was VERY limited. It's an ok place to stay if ur just crashing for a few hours for one night. I won't go back though.

I put down a $250.00 deposit which I was promised back on check. The staff at the desk told me and another customer that they react the limit on refunds for the day, in speaking with the manager there was no solution… can gone back tomorrow? Sorry we don’t have cash? It’s was so frustrating! I was able to tap mine pack on my card after 20 mins of back and forth. The oter customer was very upset she needed that $250 dollars for the remainder of her weekend. I’m not sure what happened I don’t understand why we weren’t able to get a refund of our own money. So disappointing and stressful! I won’t be staying with u again! Staff tried to handle no support for her from management!

The staff were incredibly helpful and positive (cheerful) to deal with. As the hotel is under renovation, the carpet and mattresses were brand new and the rooms were very clean/new, which was great.

Great Stay
Great value for the money. They were doing renovations while I was staying there in one wing of the hallway, but the completed reno's did look very nice. My only main complaint is that there's no elevator, but other than that - great hotel!
