We've stayed before. Fantastic location.Clean, modern hotel with excellent facilities. Staff were superb. Very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Our only negative was the bedroom was very hot. Slept with sliding doors open, despite minus temeratures outside. Problem solved by reception staff. Overall, a great place to stay, and hope to return.

Brilliant location we have stayed there many times since 2016 always 2nd January and we always enjoy our stay. However the check in could be a little easier not being familiar with the I Pad. The hotel looks in need of freshening up but is comfortable and clean The restaurant manager at breakfast was particularly helpful on the day of our departure

We enjoyed the stay very much. The only two complaints I have are, the toilet is little outdated hard to flush and The tower hanger was broken. Breakfast was amazing especially the traditional Scottish breakfast.
