Bedroom was very small. But comfortable enough for a short stay. Shower was small and water would run out onto the bathroom floor if water flow was opened up very much. But the location is great. Staff was friendly. It was everything we needed.

The bathroom was very narrow and the floor very cold. The only mirror in the bedroom (full length) was nowhere near a plug - not good for drying your hair - the dryer’s lead was not quite long enough. Do the people who approve layout ever try to use the rooms themselves? Otherwise it was adequate apart from breakfast which was good. Expensive stay for what it was.

Property location is excellent - on princess street which is the location one should be . Eateries transport and sightseeing areas are all within a short walk. Hotel has changed hands. However staff are polite ans helpful. Room amenities are adequate however could be better.

Great location.
Spent 3 nights here. Great location with the tram 1.5 blocks away, airport coach 1 block and rail station also 1 block away. Quick walk to old town. The one negative about the rooms were the poorly positioned toilets. The toilets are right against a wall causing an adult some discomfort when sitting.
