Breakfast is okay but not a lot of choices. We stayed at Hyatt Place in other cities, it usually provide individual yogurt with different flavors for breakfast but none in this location.

We have stayed at three different properties along Stoney Plain Road in the last 6 months. This is the best of the three although I'm not sure there are any really good hotels in this part of Edmonton. Hotel was clean enough. Morning breakfast offers more than most if you can stand the circus of kids and parents. We did not get our room services. The reason was a 'do not disturb' sign that really says' Later would be better'. We had left our room at 10:30 in the morning and did not return until 6:00. The excuse for no service was thin. No compensation was offered. When checking out of the hotel this morning, they didn't ask how was your stay; rather it was' your all good to go'. I guess my credit card went through. This place is okay if you don't expect much
