Experience this hotels on boarding of new staff, the training was lack lustre…whomever owns this venue needs to “pay” a little more attention to their training protocol (program). We as customers “pay” to stay at your hotel, so you…should invest it back into your training!

Frankly, everything stood out. First and foremost the staff were all friendly and professional. The facilities are new and well maintained. And the breakfast was a cut above. Quiet times were honoured which was appreciated. All the services in the room - TV, heat, etc. - worked well :-). Overall our best of many experiences in the area. My wife and I shall definitely return on future visits to Edmonton.

It was a full house on the weekend, but still was able to get full breakfasts on our 3 day stay. Plenty of options.. Rooms where very nice , especially for the price I thought. Would stay here again for sure.
