I will never stay here ever again. Washroom was leaking water both nights. After the first night came back there was morning stocked up like shampoo and body wash.

Unfortunately our "city view" was not at all that, we could see the roof & some other parts of the building, nothing attractive to look at whatsoever. The Hair Dryer didn't work, it died after 30s. The coffee maker didn't work. The ice maker didn't work. We were not given a fully stocked room - no hand soap!?. And the food was expensive & grossly overrated, it was cold & not enjoyable unfortunately. Overall the staff was lovely, but the room /hotel lacked service levels we had previous stays & expected this stay to be even better given that we travelled without pets for once (we always assumed we got crummy rooms due to being in a "pet room"...) overall our stay was disappointing given we paid for a "city view" room in a hotel that seems to pride itself on being better than economy yet lacked basic items/amenities (that it should have had).
