The staff-especially at the front desk-were so kind and accommodating! Lovely employees…our room in particular was clean, but smelled like cigarettes, and the hallway smelled heavily of marijuana. I would still go back again, because the associates were so kind, but hopefully they crack down on the smoking policy

Betsy was wonderful! She went above and beyond. She was helpful and friendly. She helped us figure out the shower and when my husband forgot his breathing machine she assured him that she would keep it safe until my son could pick it up.

I am tea drinker. The hot water dispenser at breakfast contained tepid water three mornings which is unacceptable. The floor in my room was not vacuumed two mornings.

It was in need of an overall. Carpeting was dirty needing replacement. Wooden figures were marred and needing replaced. Bathroom door dragged on floor and would not close for privacy. Walls need repaint. Drapes old and dirty. Water was extremely slow to drain in sink and shower. It was not s $100 per night room and we will not return. I will say the beds seemed new and were very comfortable.

Ok stay. Room was pretty clean but with some areas that could have been cleaner (dirty lights in bathroom, etc.) Shower was only hot for the first 2 minutes. We took multiple showers and this happened each time. Beds were comfy and breakfast was as expected. My son had fun in the pool and it was clean but very cold.

Hotel was convenient for our needs on this trip. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. On the negative side, the bathroom fan was noisy and faucet was noisy, as well.

Went to check in and system was not letting rep check anybody in advised her that it had already been paid for showing her my reservation and still had to wait for about half hour before she would even give me keys to a room. Got into the room and toilet seat was broken, shower slide door was broken could not open or close it all the way.
