Booked hotel soley for the for the pool and was told it was “broke” at check in. Stains on the floors in room and on chair. Food was awful for breakfast.

The staff is friendly, rooms clean, bed comfortable. Convenient location. Expedia did me wrong however! Then unable to reach a human being. Even the hotel staff attempted to help but she was not able to make changes as it was an expedia reservation that was made at last minute. Another co.pany apparently intercepted the call to hotel to attempt making a reservation and that company wanted double the fee for a room.

The property and check-in were fine, but the bed was uncomfortable (the mattress was hard and lopsided) and apparently a previous guest had broken the no-smoking rule, so there was a faint scent of cigarette smoke odor that kept me awake most of the night.

Pool was freezing. Weird smell in one side door like rotten food, but housekeeping was to take care of it. Very quiet, nice breakfast.

The front desk attendant was really professional and friendly. The hotel was clean and the pool/fitness area was very well kept. Comfortable bed and clean room. There were many restaurant options and walking trials nearby!
