Randi, at the desk, she was ver friendly and helpful. Caroline that served the breakfast was very friendly. When we arrived there was no handicap chair in the tub as requested. There was wear on both headboards. If you are handicapped there are no grabs bars in the bathroom. Jacuzzi tub in the pool area jets were broke and not working. I also DO NOT RECOMMEND using EXPEDIA if you need to cancel reservation they wanted to charge $140.00 when we had free cancellation. They said it was a service fee and then found out that they are not even located within the United States.

Disappointed vs previous stays and locations
This hotel is not up to the standards of previous stays nor comparable to other Country inn and suites I have stayed at before. My room was missing 2 glass light covers in the bathroom, wallpaper was peeling and I had to move the nightstand between the beds to get to the plug in. Because the plug ins on the lamp were not functional for charging and underneath the table had not been cleaned nor vacuumed as there was trash that needed picked up and thrown away. The breakfast was not well maintained as they were out of several things and was not replenished. Definitely not up the true Country inn and suites standards I have had the pleasure of experiencing in previous stays at this and other locations. Very disappointed.

Very clean room, breakfast has good choices, all staff were very pleasant, kind, and helpful. Bed was a little firmer than we like, but would stay again if we are in the area.
