I’m a huge fan and customer of Hilton Brands, especially Hampton Inn Hotels. Whenever I travel, I intentionally look for Hampton Inn accommodations. The Hampton Inn El Cajun did not meet the experienced standards or expectations of Hampton Inn.
1. The first room we were assigned was not properly cleaned (bathroom floor was not mopped), and the heat did not work.
2. We were moved to another room on day two, The room was clean, and the heat did work, BUT, we had to call the desk a couple of times because of the excessive noise coming from the room above us,
The breakfast was excellent each day, the staff and service amazing, and I am pleased with the overall experience in g my stay
