There were problems with my reservation but it seems my credit card company dropped the ball BUT once i got to my room , i could not take a shower due to no hot water.maintenance came right away but the hot water did not work until 4 hrs later. Also, the door to the room kept getting stuck and i I had to go get my key card updated.

It’s an old hotel that is functional at best. Low budget, fairly clean, nice staff. OK bed , lousy pillows. Convenient location for food and shopping. It’s a good value for Brawley.

Terrible check in prepaid with hotels.com and hotel wouldn’t honor it. Questioned me about prepayment even tho I showed prepaid receipt. Heavy set guy at front desk was lazy and rude did want to manually enter my reservation after he found it. Really unprofessional customer service will never come back

Not as represented on expedia. No elevator, handicap room requested was not available. No bar or restaurant, apparently the hotel sold that piece of the ptoperty. Not 5 star, maybe 2 atar at best.

Disgusting, they are a migrant camp not safe for anyone. Shoes , beer cans.. holes in the bathtub. Granted it’s a small desert town , no reason for any one to stay in business.
