Zero, ZERO towels. Called the front desk and were told sorry we have none at this time. We had to use the bath mat towel for two adults to dry off after the shower.

The Room was clean, very comfy, spacious, quiet, even tho the halls had this odor it was bearable, the carpet of the halls and the area in front of the elevator was kinda dirty also the ice machine run out of ice but besides that it was a nice stay

The exterior is dirty with litter around the property. You can't stop guests from littering. The so-called human beings are NOT taking responsibility for their bad habits. " PLEASE CLEAN-UP AFTER YOURSELVES" BE AN ADULT AND TEACH YOUR CHILDREN MANNERS AND NUTURE THEM. Moreover, the staff are all professional and informs you regarding water shut- off and they get things done. The plumbing has issues that's across the board! HOUSEKEEPING a thumbs up! " New rooms, high ceilings, problem with "HOT" water is NOT very HOT, water pressure is weak. Overall, we DON'T live in a perfect world! NOT even close. Moreover, the staff do their job and more friendly and helpful.

After 3- water leak. Back to normal? In addition, the staff name Isreal, Luis, Bianca, Ruth runs this place, without the staff nothing gets done! Pigeon "poop" Near Red Roof West sign, the exterior can be cleaned up. Otherwise, It's a good layover!
