I came out from California to see my family and the one thing they asked was to go swimming...the pool door wouldn't open n we waited almost 30 minutes for it to get opened and it wasn't...I was told I would get my stay refunded but no one ever got back with me...this is after Expedia changed the booking date on me and I had to pay 2 nights...not happy

Heater in room was broken, and it was 40 degees out. The outlets on the nightstand between the beds was broken. Very inconvenient for anyone with a cell phone. The window shade was broken and could not close completely. The lights were shining in from outside.

The room curtains are terrible. No way to block out exterior floodlights shining into the room. This chain will be off my list without until proper darkening curtains are installed. I book a room for sleep. Other amenities & staff were fine, but no sleep is unacceptable.

This could be a nice hotel but somebody has decided not to spend the money to keep it up. Only one of the two elevators worked and the one that worked made a loud noise when engaged. All three treadmills were out of service, the pool was out of service.
