After traveling East coast to West coast and back, we stayed in many hotels. This was the best. STAFF: Lady at late check-in was fantastic and professional. PARKING: plenty. You can use side entrance to get closer to your room. ROOM: Quality DOVE products (soap shampoo lotion etc). Nice Towels. GOOD GREEN MOUNTAIN COFFEE in a Kuerig Coffee maker!, Comfy bed with nice down pillows, Cool Desk that can be pulled to wherever you want to work, Nice desk chair. Bedside flexy reading light. HOT water. Clean. BREAKFAST: We had to leave before 6:30am when the full breakfast was out but the lady there was so nice and the coffee was READY at 5:30am with lots of Carryout options (and handy little bags). Fruit, pastry, etc ready to go. PRICE: Extremely competitive at this location. Fantastic experience. Thank you.

Front deak clerk was very nice and welcoming. The breakfast was really food with wide varieties of foods. Comfortable beds and pillows. The bathtub had rust looking stains in it. The curtains were broken and unable to close. Rust stains in the sink. The cabinet door to access the fridge was falling off the hinges. Stains on the carpet, excessive staining to the carpet on the stairs.The parking is very limited and small. If you have a trailer of any kind, good luck finding a place to park.

So much to say. Definitely NOT RECOMMENDED. I think the management & owners never stayed at this hotel. They obviously have no clue what a guest wants or needs. 1. Room 211 has a counter in the non bedroom. Built with a cabinet to put fridge in ... cabinet was empty. Smaller fridge above on the counter. 2. No love seat or sofa in that large empty space. 3. Lobby/dining space furniture very uncomfortable. 5" foam seats shrank to nothing when you sit ... so i was like a 6 year old sitting at an adult table. 4. Fork tines would not pierce the sausage casing. Knife would not spread cream cheese on a bagel. Scrambled eggs ran out ... staff not attentive. 5. Bath tub in this wheel chair accessible rm 211. The shampoo/dispenser was directly above the tub, below my knee while showering. 6. Left at 9a. Their food delivery semi blocked the entrance so I could not pull up under the canopy to load. This HIE is a hard no.
