Quiet Seemed clean until we looked under the bed to pick up a dropped charger plug and there was garbage under the bed. Bed too hard, pillows too soft, towels too thin.

It was average. Staff was helpful but sometimes dismissive and rude, especially at night. Photos of pool were misleading. Breakfast was often luke-warm and dissatisfying. Overall, you get what you paid for. Nothing special.

Upon checking into our room, the first thing we do at any hotel is check for bed bugs. While we didn't find any bugs, we did however find a METH PIPE WITH A BAG OF METH!!! Right under the mattress! Meaninf the room could NOT have been properly cleaned after the last stay. They did offer to switch us room but the next room was very broken and the walls and furniture had stains everywhere. We didnt not ask for yet another room because this was the only hot tub room left. The front desk person did not seek shocked in the least at our discovery. Would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was the best part of the stay. The inside of the hotel needs updated. There was a cockroach in my bathroom which made me worried there were more. I woke up to another cockroach in the bathroom and left hours before checkout time. The breakfast buffet was “ok”. I admit I was not about to eat anything. I got coffee and left.

Front desk attendant was rude upon arrival and housekeeping came into the room despite our do not disturb sign being up. We were informed that anyone living in our hometown (in which the hotel is located) is charged an extra deposit because the owners don’t “trust the local people”

The room we were in was amazing. Junior king suite. We’ve never stayed in a hotel room with a full sized refrigerator and a 2 burner stove. The separate living and sleeping space made us feel like we were at home. The staff was very accommodating to our needs. I truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this business to my friends and family. We didn’t have any issues, problems, or negative experiences.

I really like staying at this chain of hotels. They’re always clean and feel safe and inviting. This hotel was not any of this. We had a 1 bedroom suite that I’m pretty sure was not properly cleaned before our stay. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. The microwave had greasy fingerprints all over it. The mirrors looked like they had been dried off with a towel right after someone had showered. It just wasn’t at the level of other hotels in this chain. Disappointed.
