Usually I have no problems, but this time the sink cabinet was broken, there were stains on the sheets, and the bath tub was somewhat clogged so the water ran out of the tub very slowly. I hope this was just a one time occurrence.

The couch cushion was ripped and the cushion had a stain. there was someone else’s prescription medication on the floor that my CHILD found. There was also someone’s chocolate found in the nightstand by one of our kids. We specifically asked for the room with the pull out couch but there were no sheets or blankets for it. The bathroom ceiling had clearly been repaired for a leak but never finished just a sheet of patched drywall up. After traveling for 12 hours with 4 kids we’re excited to just get to sleep but our window was next to a bar with live outdoor music. That was going well past 11pm. Needless to say we did not sleep well. The breakfast bar had good selections and the beds were fine. Overall seemed clean. But very disappointed with the room.

DO NOT STAY HERE
The room was fairly clean. However, there was obvious damage to a seating bench. In the bathroom, there was hair on the floor and in the tub. The sink faucet was loose and in danger of breaking off. When taking a shower, the tub drain was completely clogged and made the shower dangerously unsafe. We were there as part of a larger group for a sports tournament. The hotel treated us like thieves. All the ice machines were "broken". The elevator was "broken" and they had people stationed out side the breakfast area forbidding people to take any breakfast foods back to their rooms. One of the families had their room re-rented, while they were staying in it! They gave out a key to the room to complete strangers! The hotel refused to apologize or acknowledge the error, instead choosing to blame the tournament family and telling them they should "vacate the premises" if they didn't like what happened. Overall, I will make sure to advise future tournament organizers of this horrible place and will advise the over 300+ families in our sports organization to never stay here.

No TV service (said it was being worked on by a tech all week but not fixed. Really??? ( they didn't want to pay for cable) no soap (had to ask for some), ice machine broken, no pool (even though website listed one), had to put a CASH security deposit of $50 (they initially wanted 60.00) I did get it back after they inspected the room to be sure it was left in decent condition. No breakfast. The hotel could use a good window washing throughout the lobby area and first floor and someone needs to clean the glass table in the "lobby". Looks like it hasn't been touched in months. Place really needs updating and halls smell like cigarette smoke. I would NEVER recommend this hotel and the topper...I paid $205.00 for the pleasure of staying there. Do not do it!!!

Was tucked right off major road so not too noisey. Inside amenities of room were sufficient. Some reason ended up with handicapped room & the shower was way to low for regular people. Asked to swotch rooms, but told couldnt, so mixed review truly. Side yards were a mess with garbage.
