The lobby and room decor was nice and the bedding was comfortable. However, the water temperature in the shower was cold or lukewarm and the bathroom sink counter was very small. Also, the bathroom sink faucet was installed too far back from the basin, which resulted in water splashing everywhere. The toilet, tub and floor were stained, One of the towels had a big orange stain and one of the washcloths was ripped and dingy. In conclusion, the price was great.

Hotel is very old and dated. The room was dirty. There were pieces of hair throughout the bathroom. Ants were in the bathroom and carpet. We ended up cancelling the entire stay after the first night.

Not a cup of water is offered. To make even a cup of tea you need to buy water though per night rate is not that cheap No assistance for luggage movement Sitting sofa cover was sticky in bar area. Smell inside lift was not good Good that two queen bed room was available for a family of four. Room was clean from inside. On request 4th towel was provided and not functional telephone was replaced
